Steel rail
What is a steel rail?
Its function is to guide the wheels of the rolling stock to move forward, bear the huge pressure of the wheels, and transmit them to the sleepers.
Rails are steel bars that have been hot rolled into a rail profile. They are used as railroad tracks for other steel-wheeled vehicles and overhead cranes. Rails are hot rolled from continuously cast blooms or rounds having the appropriate cross-section for the rails to be produced.
